Kriuk Fried Chicken Skin Recipe

The crunchy lasts a long time, really addictive



Materials


400 gr chicken skin
100 ml cooking oil
50 ml water
2 cloves red onion without peel
2 cloves unpeeled garlic
2 cloves garlic, chopped
pinch salt

Step
  1. Prepare materials 
  2. Clean the chicken skin, then cut into small pieces. Then put it in the pan and add water. Skin like boiled, this is to avoid burning. Cook until the oil comes out and the water runs out
  3. Then add the cooking oil, shallots and garlic. Fry until the skin is golden ripe, add the chopped garlic. Cook until cooked
  4. Remove, drain and let cool. Add a pinch of salt, stir until well blended and the skin is ready to serve
  5. Note: The oil is stored, it can be used for fried noodles, fried rice, chicken noodles and stir-fries or dishes according to taste
